January 20th, 2024 / 9:00am - 3:00pm

Grab a spoon and join us as we seek to find the best tasting chili in town! Teams will serve up their finest chili as you peruse around the Circle in downtown Sebring. Jam out to the sounds of the Outta Hand Band while you kick back an ice cold beer or soda to quench your thirst. Food trucks will be onsite if chili isn’t your flavor. And don’t miss out on our Hot Dog Eating Contest for youth and adults. Sampling/People's Choice Tickets can be purchased for $1/ticket from 11 AM - 2 PM. Chili samples will be available from 12 PM - 2:30 PM (or until the chili runs out). Awards ceremony will be at 3:00 PM.

Proceeds benefit local charities in the community through the Rotary Club of Highlands County.

Prizes for the top teams: 1st $1000, 2nd $500, 3rd $250, People's Choice $500 & Best Decorated $100.
